IU Dance Marathon 2023 raises $3 million for Riley Hospital for Children

Indiana University Dance Marathon raised $3,003,837.23 for Riley Hospital for Children and affiliated programs during the organization's 33rd marathon.

The weekend event is more than just dancing. Over the course of the 36 hours, participants played games, watched a performance from country music artist Hank Ruff, attended a rave and heard from Riley families who benefit from the organization's charitable fundraising.

IUDM was founded in 1991 with the goal of generating funds for the Ryan White Center for Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Global Health. Today, IUDM also provides funding for the Wells Center for Pediatric Research and clinical support for Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
